Whether you are new to fiber crafts or someone with years of experience, this group is for everyone seeking support and a greater understanding of the mental health benefits of working with our hands.
Selected readings from two inspirational books, Craft Psychology: How Crafting Promotes Health, written by fiber artist and psychologist Dr. Anne Kirketerp and Craeft: An Inquiry into the Origins and True Meaning of Traditional Crafts
by Alexander Langlands will help to inspire our conversations and shared experiences.
