Class Cancellation Policy

This policy honors the instructors’ time, energy, and resources invested in courses as the start date approaches and helps keep overall course costs down.

For cancellations occurring more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the class start date, registration fees are refundable less a $10 administrative fee.

For cancellations occurring less than 7 (seven) calendar days before the class start date, registration fees are non-refundable.
 
For class cancellations by OLYS or the teacher, we will process a refund in full, and offer options to reschedule where possible and preferred.
